complimentary minibar quality snack really good comfort
i experienced a complimentary minibar stocked with quality snacks and drinks, a welcome touch. the room's design included attention to detail. the beds provided really good comfort after a long day exploring the city.

the hotel benefits from proximity to many theaters, dining and shopping. buckingham palace is within walking distance. trafalgar square is also easily accessible on foot. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

Really good stay
the staff provided excellent customer service from start to finish. the room featured beautiful decor and included all the amenities expected of a five-star hotel. i also appreciated the high standard of service at indigo restaurant during dinner and breakfast (the eggs benedict were divine!).

superb location fantastic staff nearby trafalgar square rude concierge non existent overnight room service
the hotel had a superb location it was just a minute walk to covent garden. trafalgar square was also close. the west end theatre district was nearby too. the staff were fantastic they couldn't have done any more to help
the concierge was rude to me when i asked for simple requests. the concierge was dismissive to my friends. the concierge was rude to his team too. overnight room service was non existent that is not good enough
