excellent stay in vibrant area
helpful staff coffee machine luggage storage
I found the staff cute and helpful. the room featured a lovely coffee machine and sufficient storage space. i especially liked that i could store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. It made exploring the area much easier.
the room was indeed on the smaller side, though manageable for a short trip.

this hotel is ideally situated. many restaurants and bars and pubs are very close. it offers a fantastic base for accessing shopping areas and various attractions

the room was equipped with air conditioning that worked perfectly. plug points were available in sufficient numbers, which i find very useful. the shower provided a good experience. shower gel and shampoo were readily supplied

The hotel bar provided a cozy and friendly atmosphere for enjoying drinks. soundproofing in the rooms worked wonderfully. I didn't notice outside noise. the decor created an opulent aesthetic, adding to the overall experience

SO close to EVERYTHING!
perfect location comfortable bed fancy touch
I loved the perfect location. It was seriously AMAZING. The Molton Brown bath products were such a fancy touch, and I felt pampered. The bed was VERY comfortable (I slept like a baby!), and the room was super clean.
The light switches in the room were a bit confusing initially. I spent some time figuring them out.

The room was immaculate, and the shower had fantastic pressure. It was powerful. Sound insulation was really good, I didn't hear any noise from outside. The room size suited my needs well for a short stay.

The downstairs bar had a COOL vibe. It seemed popular with both hotel guests and locals. The drinks menu offered a variety of choices, and the staff were attentive. I enjoyed the lively atmosphere.

The hotel is in the HEART of everything. The proximity to restaurants, shops, and theatres made it very convenient. Access to public transportation was easy with several tube stations nearby. I really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere.

The location was special. it reminded me of a secret hideaway right in the heart of everything. the staff was also attentive. They seemed to anticipate every need. i liked the marble floors. They added a touch of elegance.
the room was smaller than expected. there was very little space to move around comfortably. i also noticed that the bar downstairs could be quite noisy at times, difficult to relax. the cost to store baggage after checkout was unexpected.

the staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in. the shower was a highlight, providing excellent water pressure and temperature. i appreciated the room's cleanliness and the quiet atmosphere, despite the central location.
the room size was definitely smaller than expected, making it challenging to move around with luggage.

Stylish and Well-Located Stay
nice vibe clean area friendly staff
The hotel vibe is very nice and the area is very clean. Even the corridors looked nice. The rooms are beautifully put together and maintained. The staff was very accommodating to my requests. They were very friendly as well.
The noise was bad. I was in a room separate from the hotel and it looked to be under a club. The club went on until 3 AM. The general street life of Soho was still buzzing into the early hours.

The hotel bar is fabulous and offers a great atmosphere for enjoying drinks. Many great restaurants and pubs are also near the hotel. Guests will find various options just steps away.

The room featured a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower. It also had a separate bath. The bed was comfy and big. The room seemed larger than expected based on some reviews.
