FABULOUS Stay at this Gem
great care attentive staff warm welcome
Florenzia was so nice. She greeted us when we got there and took great care of us . Anthony was also GREAT at the door. We liked the attentiveness of everyone.
The doorman was not there when i got to the hotel. I had to walk around to find reception. Some signage would be REALLY useful for new guests.

the location are GREAT. i really liked that the staff was attentive. TONI the porter was helpful. the breakfast was delicious.
the check in process was long. i needed EXTRA hangers, but i never received them. this was very frustrating. the room was too small.
