helpful staff quiet location value money small room shower power chipped toilet seat

the staff were very helpful. they assisted with my luggage to the storage room. the location was excellent and surprisingly quiet, despite being near a bustling area. i found it to be very pleasant and value for money. the staff also put my suitcases in my room.

the room i stayed in was quite small. the shower did not have much power. the toilet seat was chipped, which i noticed immediately.

the location was acceptable it provided easy access to nearby attractions

the room was small it barely accommodated my luggage the bathroom door did not close properly it was quite frustrating each movement on the bed resulted in a terrible noise i found it difficult to sleep soundly

charming stay close to the opera

amazing location spacious room renovated bathroom

the location suited my needs well! it was near covent garden opera house. i was also able to leave my bags in the storage room upon arrival since i was early, and again after checkout. this allowed me to explore the surroundings before catching my train.

The hotel does not have an elevator. I found the stairs a little difficult with luggage.

convenient location friendly staff coffee facilities dated room inconsistent housekeeping worn furniture

The location was really convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful when i needed assistance. i found tea and coffee facilities in the room (i do enjoy a morning cup).

the room felt a bit dated. i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. housekeeping was inconsistent, with dirty cups remaining for a couple of days. (i did mention it).
