The staff was attentive. I especially thank rahman, olivio, and amira. all staff members were wonderful throughout my visit. i will return again to this excellent location with its perfect cleanliness.
the spa was full during the times i was available for treatments. it was not clearly communicated that i should book spa time in advance of arrival! i assumed there was a pool for guest use.

i particularly enjoyed the gin cocktail masterclass. alessandro, a warm mixologist, expertly tutored us. we made a french 75, clover club and dry martini, and had canapes. i liked the amount of space in the apartment, especially for a young family of four.
the sink in the bathroom was dripping underneath. also the bath did not work correctly because the stopper was broken. water kept draining out, inconvenient.

The doorman, Daniel, greeted us warmly and remembered our names. He also gave helpful recommendations for local dining. Pedro at the front desk was attentive, our visit was flawless.
The shower leaked quite badly. The rooms seemed dated for the price I paid. I also found parking to be quite expensive at £55.

the apartment had a washing machine, a definite plus for longer stays. friendly staff were available and ready to assist. the amount of space was good, especially for being in a central area. i appreciated the efficient service provided.
