The location was convenient for seeing the sights, especially st paul's cathedral. the room was newly renovated. It had a modern feel.
The bathroom extractor fan didn't seem to work properly, which led to a slight damp smell in the room. housekeeping only replaced toilet rolls and towels. They didn't make the bed.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful . The bottled water stations on each floor were a definite plus, especially during warmer days. (Every little thing matters.)
I found that the room temperature was difficult to adjust to a comfortable level. I was unable to lower it.

the location was excellent and close to everything. i had a nice view of st paul's cathedral. i did find that the st paul's clock chimes every hour, but it became background noise quickly. the staff was helpful and friendly.

my room was large, spacious, and modern. having both a microwave and a fridge was useful. reusable bottles with chilled water were also available, which i found very convenient for staying hydrated throughout the day.

the hotel offers a coffee shop and lounge area downstairs, a nice touch. in the basement lounge, there is a complimentary coffee machine, tea, fruits, pastries, snacks, and even cola in cans available in the fridge. the food was AMAZING!!!
