i had a very pleasant stay. serena at the front desk was especially helpful. she always checked if i needed anything to. the water stations are great to have for refills. there was also a good workstation in my room for working. the business center was on the same floor.
i noticed that some of the decor in the rooms seemed a bit outdated.

I appreciated the central location, very close to many attractions (i walked to trafalgar square!). the room was clean and well-kept. i also want to mention nalin. He provided excellent assistance and made my check-in smooth.

The staff at the front desk provided great assistance. Lima took time to help us on several occasions. She was very personable AND efficient. All staff members we approached were very kind and friendly.
Breakfast was VERY busy i had to wait 10 minutes to enter. I waited another 5 minutes for coffee. The room felt cold AND the window did not shut properly. Outside noise was noticeable.

the location was indeed central. you could walk to many attractions from there.
the room itself was a letdown. it felt really dated, almost like stepping back in time and the bathroom, it was just tiny.
