I was greeted warmly and upgraded to a lovely room. the room itself was super clean and spacious. the bathroom included high-quality toiletries. the location was perfect. The british museum was only a short walk!
the air conditioning unit was quite loud. it sounded like a constant waterfall. this made it difficult to fall asleep initially.

The staff was attentive. They quickly responded to our requests. the reception area was staffed 24/7, ensuring support at any hour. furthermore, the concierge offered useful advice for local attractions and dining. they really were really nice.

The room was super clean. The bed and pillows provided a restful sleep. The location is ideal.. It is near both Russell Square and Holborn underground stations. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection. Check-in and check-out were both efficient. The staff were all very friendly and cute.
The lighting in the room was somewhat dim in the evenings making reading a little difficult.

the front desk staff were very cute. the room was nice and neat. the location is excellent near many attractions. i appreciated the thoughtful snack options upon arrival. the welcome gift included a detailed ingredient list. this attention to detail.
the basement room i was given had very little natural light and no view. there was a wall very close to the window. this. it was not what i expected.
