separate sinks rainfall shower lively neighborhood
my room included two separate sinks. the rainfall shower worked well. the hotel has a lively neighborhood with many restaurant and cafe options. carnaby street and regent street were close too.
some areas are very dark making reading difficult.

really good stay at broadwick
central location really good breakfast great vibe personal detail
the location was central. it made accessing many key spots very simple. i found the breakfast to be really good. the rooftop bar had a great vibe and offered welcome drinks upon arrival! the staff paid attention to detail.
the lighting in the room was soft, i could have used a brighter reading light. this made it a little difficult to read in the evening.

My room included fresh madeleines. I didn't resist the temptation. the bed was really comfortable with lovely bedding. the room was also equipped with a sample of the jasmine scent used throughout the hotel and. i appreciated this special touch

The hotel had a distinctive personality. I appreciated the jasmine scent used throughout the premises. I even received a sample in my room. The bed and bedding were comfortable. I enjoyed the fresh madeleines provided in the room. They tasted delicious.
My room was small. The reception staff did not seem well-trained. The room price was not justified, considering the size.

helpful staff customer service great location small room missing milk high price
the staff were helpful. customer service was a priority for them. the hotel's location is good for exploring the area. i received a warm welcome upon arrival.
i expected more attention to detail for the price i paid. the room was quite small. the bed was comfortable though it was also small. i also found there was no milk in the fridge for tea or coffee.

unique decor attentive staff excellent location small room missing milk inattentive service
The hotel's decor is quite unique. The mix of modern and creative styles stood out to me. The staff was friendly, always ready to assist. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants nearby.
The room was small for the price I paid. There was no milk in the fridge. I requested a note in the room but it was not there when I arrived. I found this inattentive.
