cozy stay in a great location!

I enjoyed the excellent location. It was very near covent garden. it was also on a quiet square. the room was a nice big size. The bed was comfortable. i managed to arrange extended check out time and this was GREAT.
the room was cold. we called about it, but it remained cold. i unfortunately developed a fever because of the low temperature

Breakfast was lovely and fresh. There was lots to choose from. the hotel offers free tea and coffee with takeaway cups for the morning. filtered water is freely available. Reusable water bottles are also an excellent idea.

The room was very clean with a nice and comfy bed. the hotel provides free reusable and refillable water bottles with filtered water. i found the staff to be very friendly. They were always ready to help, and check-in and check-out were super simple.

The staff were very helpful on all shifts (especially the front desk). Free tea and coffee were available 24 hours a day. I found the location great for central attractions. The park opposite the hotel was lovely for wandering.
The room was a bit cramped. Part of the ceiling was slanted and very close to the bed. This caused us to bump our heads constantly. When it rained, it was very loud because the window was on the ceiling.

The room had a push and pull table useful to do some laptop work (I used it a lot!). The shampoos offered were cool. The room was also equipped with tea. The bed was comfortable.

Staff were super friendly. They checked me in 3 hours early. I also received a complimentary bottle of wine in my room. They were polite and helpful.

The hotel is a few steps away from the underground station. The station is Holborn and serves two excellent lines. It is easy to get to many places from there. The neighborhood is also very quiet and safe.

the location is amazing really close to holborn tube station covent garden soho and the british museum. the hotel provides free coffee and tea and water filling stations a huge plus. the staff were helpful and cute to all guests. i found my room very clean and spacious with a fantastic view of the nearby park.
i noticed the room layout had some wasted dead space it could be better optimized.
