Excellent Location and Helpful Staff
helpful staff central attractions
The staff were very helpful on all shifts (especially the front desk). Free tea and coffee were available 24 hours a day. I found the location great for central attractions. The park opposite the hotel was lovely for wandering.
The room was a bit cramped. Part of the ceiling was slanted and very close to the bed. This caused us to bump our heads constantly. When it rained, it was very loud because the window was on the ceiling.

The hotel provides free coffee and water at any time. The communal area is good. The hotel offers a tea bar near reception .

The room had a push and pull table useful to do some laptop work (I used it a lot!). The shampoos offered were cool. The room was also equipped with tea. The bed was comfortable.

Staff were super friendly. They checked me in 3 hours early. I also received a complimentary bottle of wine in my room. They were polite and helpful.

The hotel is a few steps away from the underground station. The station is Holborn and serves two excellent lines. It is easy to get to many places from there. The neighborhood is also very quiet and safe.

superb central location with super clean rooms
amazing location free coffee helpful staff spacious room
the location is amazing really close to holborn tube station covent garden soho and the british museum. the hotel provides free coffee and tea and water filling stations a huge plus. the staff were helpful and cute to all guests. i found my room very clean and spacious with a fantastic view of the nearby park.
i noticed the room layout had some wasted dead space it could be better optimized.

the staff offered prompt assistance and maintained a helpful disposition. they quickly addressed any queries i raised . their attentiveness added value to the overall hotel experience.

the location proved very beneficial! it was close to many attractions, and the staff was always on hand, even when i needed some documents printed. i found the room quite efficient with a comfy bed. the cleaning staff kept everything in order

Mixed feelings about this hotel
The location was good, near many attractions.
The room was on the ground floor near the elevator. The constant noise from doors opening and closing and people talking KEPT waking my child. IT was a sleepless night.
