great locationfriendly staffmodern decor
the location proved amazing, it allowed walking distance access to many attractions. the front desk staff was friendly and helpful (always a plus!). the room offered great light from the windows and a modern decor that felt very fresh. i especially enjoyed the welcome drink, a thoughtful touch upon arrival.

Decent location, staff problems
unexpected chargehallway noise
The staff did not tell me about the city tax upon arrival, I only found out when I checked out and it was unexpected. I borrowed a pair of scissors and returned it. I found out I was charged €15 for that at checkout. The rooms need maintenance. The hallway creates a lot of noise, I could clearly hear people walking and talking.

the location was perfect near the rijksmuseum and a tram stop was just a short walk away i found the front desk staff helpful and courteous the breakfast at momo was quite varied with many options. the room was spacious the bed was large i had more than enough room to relax after a day exploring.
the communal areas felt slightly dark.
