helpful staff quick assistance early arrival convenient location
i found the staff really helpful and they were quick to assist with requests. my room was ready even though i arrived a bit early. there was a complimentary upgrade to a larger room which was a nice surprise. the hotel also had a very convenient location near several attractions.
the coffee could have been better.

The hotel has a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Guests can maintain their fitness routine. there is a pool area with twenty loungers and also a shaded section. these facilities were clean and well kept.

My room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the closet space was generous. It easily accommodated luggage. climate control was very effective at maintaining a comfortable temperature. i found it perfect.

the check-in process was efficient and the staff were very friendly. the room was clean and well-kept offering a good night's sleep. the location allowed convenient exploration of nearby attractions providing easy access.

the location proved convenient for exploring the city. the hotel was impeccably clean (a super clean haven!). the staff consistently showed friendliness and professionalism. i was immediately assisted upon my early arrival and quickly given a room.
the air conditioning made a loud noise. it felt as if i was inside a spaceship.

perfect location lovely room complimentary check-out
the location is perfect, i could easily walk to many attractions. i received an upgrade to a lovely room , it was well worth the money! the staff granted me a late check-out at no extra charge , this was the best customer service i have experienced.
