the check-in process was efficient and the staff were very friendly. the room was clean and well-kept offering a good night's sleep. the location allowed convenient exploration of nearby attractions providing easy access.
the gym equipment felt a little outdated.

the location proved convenient for exploring the city. the hotel was impeccably clean (a super clean haven!). the staff consistently showed friendliness and professionalism. i was immediately assisted upon my early arrival and quickly given a room.
the air conditioning made a loud noise. it felt as if i was inside a spaceship.

the staff provided really good support and prompt service. their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist greatly enhanced my stay. i felt well-cared for throughout my visit. (they were always available with a smile!)

the location is perfect, i could easily walk to many attractions. i received an upgrade to a lovely room , it was well worth the money! the staff granted me a late check-out at no extra charge , this was the best customer service i have experienced.
