Acceptable stay due to the location
convenient location clean rooms slow response small room
The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is in the center and near the metro station (this really helps getting around!). The breakfast had a good selection. Staff were nice and rooms very clean.
I had to contact customer service to resolve it (this took time). I also tried to contact the hotel prior to arrival and it took days to get a response. The hotel room was nice but small.
