The shower had no curtain, so the bathroom floor got soaked. also, i was surprised there was no milk in the room for tea or coffee. breakfast wasn't amazing either. The plates were small, almost like side plates. finally, the rooftop bar was not cute and the manager moved us from our table. it seemed they wanted it for a larger group, even though we were already there.

the room had daily cleaning service, which i appreciated. fresh fruit and water were readily available in the room. staff members were very helpful (they always greeted with a smile).

The air conditioning system presented some issues. adjusting the temperature relative to the outside resulted in a warm room. the ac strip was located by the window. This positioning reduced airflow.

rude receptionisttraffic noise

the receptionist was rude during check in she acted annoyed that we arrived early even though we only wanted to drop off our luggage. her attitude shifted after she realized we had booked the suite. noise from outside kept us awake during the night. standard rooms were quiet but our suite had large windows amplifying the traffic sounds a lot i was very frustrated
