varied selection high quality busy day
the breakfast was very good. it had a selection suiting all tastes, from cereal to egg, bacon and sausages. all were of a high quality and started the day well. the bar was great, i found it ideal for a few drinks at the end of a busy day.
my bed was a little hard.

Okay stay at decent location
central location friendly staff railway station cold bacon poor acoustics barely baked rolls
The location was definitely a plus. It was very close to the main railway station. This made travelling simple. The staff proved friendly and answered all our questions affirmatively.
The breakfast options were not fully developed. Some items expected to be warm, like bacon, were ice-cold. The acoustics in the breakfast room were not ideal (it was very noisy). the rolls were barely baked or just sandwiches.

Excellent Central Stay!
central location amazing breakfast
I found the hotel very central and suited all my needs, it was also clean. The breakfast had many choices and tasted amazing. The room had a nice size. It was nothing messy. The staff were friendly and very approachable.
The lack of hand towels in the room was disappointing. The properly filled soap was also missing. I would have expected those basics.

This hotel is located near a shopping mall with many cafes and a food court. Lidl and Billa are also nearby. Public transport is available through metro, tram, and bus lines.

The location was perfect! The hotel is within walking distance to the Main Square and Wenceslas Square. Numerous art galleries and museums are also nearby. You can find fantastic smaller restaurants that offer real local food without the tourist premium.

The room had standard European size and was very clean and well maintained. I also found the beds comfortable and the shower facilities good. A family room of a decent size with very basic decor and facilities was provided.

All staff are polite, friendly and very approachable. They are ready to assist you with any questions! The service was wonderful and will help solve any issue.

wow, a superb stay, totally recommended!
superb location nearby center neat room
the hotel location is superb! its really easy to get to everything on foot. we also used the nearby shopping center. its easy to grab a bite there. the room was always neat. i could leave my luggage after checkout since my flight was at night.
i did noticed a slight smell of dampness in the bathroom but nothing major.

excellent city location
great location comfortable rooms daily cleaning
the hotel location is fantastic, close to the city center, trams, and a shopping mall. the premium rooms are comfortable. housekeeping cleaned it daily, a detail i appreciated.
The room size is very small for two persons, especially with mid or big size luggage. Space to move around inside the room is limited if suitcases are open.
