The staff were excellent. the service was excellent. it was easy to get around as the hotel is right next to the main train station. the major sights were within reasonable walking distance. This made exploring the area convenient.
the rooms were small for the price i paid. there was barely enough room to walk around the bed. it, and it affected my overall enjoyment of the room .

The breakfast had a wide selection. it included options for various dietary needs and even featured live music. I used the pool and steam room every day of my stay. The staff gave me helpful information about the least busy times.
i stayed for several nights. On my departure day, I asked the receptionist to call a local taxi company. The receptionist claimed it was a scam and told me to book with the hotel taxi. I later discovered that my original taxi was waiting for me, so I ended up paying twice.

The hotel's location was very convenient. It was close to transportation options. The lobby was spacious. Staff members were friendly.
The cleaner made noise in the corridor. The room initially assigned was not ideal. There was practically no noise isolation.

the hotel is architecturally fine. i found the spa world-class, and the staff was perfect. the room was lovely. the breakfast had both continental and western options. i especially loved the harpist playing while i ate.
The tv had a hdmi lock, and i couldn't get assistance from the front desk. It was slightly inconvenient.
