Really good Service and Beautiful Setting.
great attentiveness tasty options live piano music really good comfort
The hotel staff showed great attentiveness! They surprised the children with teddy bears. The daily edible gifts felt special. I enjoyed sitting on the terrace. It was nice to see peacocks roaming around. Breakfast offered many tasty options. I appreciated the live piano music each evening. The bed in the room provided really good comfort.
This did not affect my stay.

a fairytale stay
historical architecture peaceful garden kind staff
I adored the hotel's architecture. It was like stepping back in time! the garden offered such a peaceful escape with a pianist, at almost any time of day. the staff was kind. Every smile. the weather was perfect during our weekend!
i did expect a little more attention to detail for such a celebrated hotel. our room lacked an iron upon arrival, and there were a few too many hangers in the closet. these small things slightly detracted from the overall luxury experience. i'm sure it can be easily addressed

The doorman, Bilel , was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated his assistance with luggage after checkout , this allowed me to explore the area more. The breakfast included a good variety of fresh items.
The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken , this was inconvenient. Hallway carpets had many stains , giving a neglected look. I found the restaurant staff more focused on setting tables than serving guests.

I really enjoyed my room. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The daily complimentary fruit basket was a good touch. The housekeeping staff kept everything super clean.
The selection at breakfast could be improved. I noticed other hotels offer a more comprehensive buffet.

I like the hotel garden very much. the breakfast had many options and all was tasty. bilel, the bellboy, helped me with my luggage. That was very nice.
my room didn't had much space for storage. there were no shelves in the bathroom for my personal items. the room smelled little bit nicotine.
