the room was spacious. the location allowed easy access to many sites. i found the staff very helpful, they assisted with directions and reservations.
The room temperature was centrally controlled. This caused some discomfort during the night.

The location was fantastic! The restaurant and courtyard had a charming entry. I loved the spacious suite I was given. Everything was super clean and clean.
The hotel did not register my stay immediately with the authorities. This caused delays during my trip. I was disappointed by this issue.

I booked a junior suite (i really wanted the tower suite). i was expecting one of the beautifully decorated rooms shown on their website, but my room felt magnolia, drab, and dark. when i asked about it, i learned i had been 'upgraded', but they forgot to mention it when i checked in. the breakfast was not good. The fruit selection was like garnish, and the orange juice tasted watered down. i ended up eating out for the rest of my stay.
