Really good Experience at a Refined Hotel
spacious room excellent buffet convenient location
The room assigned to me, the Executive Double or Twin Room, was spacious. I found the breakfast buffet excellent (I especially liked the pastry selection). The location proved convenient with easy access to public transportation.

i loved the breakfast varieties. i found pastries, bacon, eggs, sausages, hams, and fruit available every morning. i also enjoyed the christmas lunch, it was wonderful. the staff, from reception to housekeeping, proved helpful and pleasant, friendly staff, superb breakfast, christmas lunch

the hotel is a five minute walk into the tourist area. the location is outside the tourist traps, i really liked it. this positioning adds to the peace and quiet.

grand hotel experience
welcome gift terracotta tiles spacious room
i received a welcome gift, courtesy of hotels.com. the terracotta tiles throughout the hotel enhanced the building. the room was spacious and i found it well decorated. the staff offered helpful, money-saving suggestions.
The sauna area was quite small. I noticed it only had three loungers. the fitness room looked somewhat dated, but remained functional (it still served my needs, though). the hotel did provide apples and water in the spa and fitness area, a nice touch.

the suite featured a king bed with premium bedding and hypoallergenic pillows. it also included a seating area with comfortable armchairs and a work desk. a minibar stocked with refreshments. the bathroom had heated floors and a separate soaking tub.

excellent stay
convenient location friendly staff smooth transfer
the location was convenient. i found the staff friendly and helpful. i thoroughly enjoyed the art deco design throughout the hotel. i liked the limousine airport transfer service (it made my arrival and departure very smooth).
i found that tips had been added to our bar bills without explicit consent. this was a surprise upon checkout and detracted slightly from the overall experience.

lovely decor comfortable mattresses quick connection
The lobby decor had a lovely art deco style! room 605 featured very comfortable mattresses and nice linens. tram 22 stopped near the hotel doors. It provided a quick connection to the cathedral.
the room lighting could have been brighter.

tender memories at a wonderful place
amazing breakfast helpful staff beautiful environment
the breakfast was amazing!!! i especially loved the great variety available. the staff was helpful and pleasant. the beautiful environment created a very good energy in the hotel and in my room, it felt very special.
i found that the room i had lacked free water. it was an inconvenience. i hope they will fix it, because i think it is important
