Acceptable, but Some Issues Noted
arrogant stafftowel shortage
The reception staff did not answer calls from the room, annoying. When I went to the reception desk, I felt a condescending attitude. The body wash and shampoo dispensers in the room were empty upon arrival and were not refilled after I asked (I found this especially frustrating). I also experienced a towel shortage and had to call multiple times to get towels.

the hotel set up a beer garden for euro 24 games. the staff members were pleasant, particularly christina and ahn at the reception desk!
