uneven experience, some issues noticed

missing towels chaotic breakfast

the room service was inconsistent. i asked for extra towels one evening (around 9 pm) and they never arrived. i had to call again the next morning. also, the breakfast buffet was pretty chaotic (especially on the weekend). it was hard to find a clean table and the staff seemed overwhelmed.

I found the staff quite helpful. the front desk quickly addressed my requests. the hotel's location near public transportation was a plus. the on-site restaurant provided good food, and i used the gym. It had sufficient equipment for a workout.

the hallway carpets need a deeper clean, i think.

thin walls obscured view

My stay wasn't the best. the walls were very thin and i could hear everything, from hallway chatter to the tv in the next room. also, the promised city view from my executive king room was mostly obscured by another building. That was disappointing. it was not what i expected. i had hoped for better soundproofing, and a clearer view. It.

I was disappointed to find the minibar completely empty. there was also some old, dried-up soda spilled inside. It was quite sticky. i tried to call the front desk because of these issues, but the room phone didn't work. i guess i expected more from a place like this, it felt a bit subpar.

arrogant staff towel shortage

The reception staff did not answer calls from the room, annoying. When I went to the reception desk, I felt a condescending attitude. The body wash and shampoo dispensers in the room were empty upon arrival and were not refilled after I asked (I found this especially frustrating). I also experienced a towel shortage and had to call multiple times to get towels.
