non-functional air conditioning inadequate solution
The air conditioning situation was a joke. It only blew hot air. i complained via whatsapp at 2 am, and they told me to ask reception in the morning. when i did, they said it only heated the room, even on the 'cold' setting, and the only solution was to turn it off! they offered a bottle of wine, though i needed functional ac, not alcohol. the street noise, i could not open the window, so the non-working ac was such a hot problem.

excellent city stay
breakfast buffet fresh fruit friendly staff
The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I especially liked the fresh fruit. the room was modern and very clean. hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help.. i really appreciated their assistance with directions.

the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation. metro and tram stops are within easy walking distance. this made it easy to explore various parts of the city without needing a car.

faulty air conditioning early morning noise
the breakfast was plentiful and varied, a positive start to each day.
I was very annoyed that the air conditioning barely worked . my room felt stuffy and uncomfortable, a huge problem when trying to relax. i ended up feeling more exhausted than refreshed. This was not acceptable.

pancake machine clean room tidy room
The breakfast was diverse. It had a huge variety of foods. I liked the pancake machine (so fun!). The bathrooms are great. The rooms are also very clean and tidy.
The air conditioning did not seem to work well. It only blew cold air.

convenient location ample space easy transport
i found the location convenient. the florenc metro station is right across the street! made getting around so easy. the room offered ample space. it really suited my needs for a few days.
the coffee at breakfast was quite slow. it was not a big issue though.
