breakfast selection short walk fresh towels perfect air conditioning
i enjoyed the excellent breakfast selection with a good variety, including fresh bread and scrambled eggs! the helpful staff provided directions to the metro station, only a short walk. i appreciated the room being cleaned daily with fresh towels. the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable.
i noticed some minor stains on the towels, but it wasn't a major issue.

The breakfast offered many options. I found the rooms neat and clean. The hotel's location is quite convenient, since the tram stop is very nearby..
The air conditioning did not work. Staff promised to fix it, but nothing happened. The beds and bedding were not comfortable at all.

the staff was polite. breakfast had a huge variety and felt fresh. i got an extra pillow due to pregnancy and a room on a silent side. the internet connection worked very well.
the curtains didn't block light from the streets at all. this made it difficult to sleep well.

the staff was super nice and helpful. i got an early breakfast because i had to leave early. the location was great and it was easy getting around the city.

The breakfast offered really nice variety and fresh options daily, that was so cool. The location worked great, public transport was just five minutes away on foot. The staff members were always friendly and helpful, particularly Drazen at reception. He was awesome. My room stayed super quiet so I rested well.
The water pressure in the shower was a little low for my preference, though it was still okay.

I stayed in a standard double or twin room and found it very clean. the breakfast included many choices of food, both local and international. It was better than i expected!!! the hotel is a short walk from public transport, about five minutes, made exploring easy.
