The breakfast buffet was excellent. It featured homemade pancakes, smoothies, and a custom omelet station. My room was quiet and soundproofed, which i appreciate. I was given early check-in. This was definitely a perk as a Radisson Club member.
The air conditioning temperature was not adjustable. It remained the same regardless of thermostat settings.

The hotel has a SUPER location near ferry terminals and tram lines. This made it simple to travel throughout the city. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel not sketchy at all and inviting.

The staff were helpful, i felt. Restaurant personnel were efficient and polite. I received useful suggestions from employees related to the Radisson program. It helped me receive a restaurant discount.

The room included generously sized beds and was very clean. Floors accessible via room cards added to the feeling of increased security. A bathtub was in the bathroom. This was a nice addition.

The staff greeted me with smiles and offered an early check-in due to my radisson club membership! my room faced the water. It had very effective soundproofing, so it stayed peaceful. i found the beds offered really good comfort and the room card access to floors gave me extra security.

My superior room included a king-size bed and a seating area with a sofa. the work desk had multiple power outlets and a comfortable chair. It was perfect for catching up on emails. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries.

the breakfast buffet had a large selection of options, including homemade pancakes and fresh smoothies. i particularly enjoyed the omelet station, where chefs prepared custom omelets with various fillings. the restaurant staff provided very prompt and polite service.

The hotel is next to the port so the location was acceptable. The city center is within walking distance.
Check-in was very slow. Many people waited a long time. I was told the gym was closed though the website indicated it would be open. Hallways in the A wing are old. They do not meet Radisson Blu standards.

Really good Staff and Convenient Amenities

The staff demonstrated attentiveness and kindness. The food at the bistro tasted delicious. The room was clean, with a relaxing bath tub. Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were available for use. The hotel sits only a couple of tram stops away from the city center.
I noticed a complete lack of response to my emails about lost hotel. A phone call from the tour leader didn't get any action either. I only needed someone to check the place where I left my item and advise if it was found or not.

Reception staff showed kindness and attentiveness and the bistro staff also showed this. I found great value with hotel's proximity to the city center via just a couple of tram stops. The staff was friendly.

This hotel is a twenty-minute walk from the city center where the main attractions are. I discovered that it is also a similar distance to the West Terminal 2 ferry. It is very conveniently located.
