Nice stay in a well-placed gem
complimentary toiletries clothes steamer well-equipped gym rooftop bar
I appreciated the complimentary toiletries (the selection was thoughtful). The Steamery clothes steamer in the room was a very welcome addition. I found the gym to be well-equipped and convenient for a quick workout. The rooftop bar offered live music and great views.
The music from the restaurant was noticeably loud on Friday night. (It made it a little hard to unwind).

The breakfast had good variety, with many fresh options available, it gave me a great start to the day. The downstairs Italian restaurant seemed popular. It offered a tasty tiramisu, a great option for dessert.

The staff were cute and accommodating, they ensured I had an early check-in upon arrival. The hotel also facilitated an upgrade because of a special occasion , and I felt it added to the experience.

The hotel provided a central location. There was a handy tram stop conveniently situated just outside the hotel, i could visit Kauppatori or the Cathedral.

I appreciate the nice staff who were always ready to assist with any requests i had. i especially liked the lobby with complementary travel necessities. It was a thoughtful touch. my room was generous in size. I was really surprised by the space.
It diminished the value of the upgrade.

The hotel features a rooftop bar and an italian restaurant. Both offer unique experiences. the italian restaurant provides the added convenience of in-room delivery, a great option after a long day. i appreciated this service.

My superior double or twin room was clean and quiet, facing the courtyard. i am now emotionally attached to their pillows and bed. I had such a relaxing experience. the bathroom had fluffy towels.

quality choices comfy beds central location small room internal window insufficient air
i found the breakfast had lot of quality choices including salami and cheese. stylish rooms were big and the beds were comfy. the location is perfect in the middle of the city centre. i really liked that.
the room was small, it's too claustrophobic. the internal window was looking into the central body of the hotel. you CANNOT open the windows, that was frustrating. it was too hot and not enough fresh air or light.
