The self-service laundry with both a washing machine and a dryer was convenient.
The room was small and lacked storage. I found the absence of a closet or drawers quite inconvenient for organizing my belongings. There was also no TV in the room. I consider these issues significant shortcomings for a hotel.

The self check-in system worked seamlessly upon arrival. The shared kitchen was a great amenity. It had utensils and an oven. Location was advantageous, with the metro being very close. The room size was good for a single person and it felt new.
The lack of a television in the room seemed like something was missing.

The self check-in was quick. The system is easy to use. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the ground floor coffee machines! An ironing room and launderette were available. This was a helpful touch.
My room was not cleaned . This was a bit inconvenient. I did not see any staff to ask for extra soap. I wished there had been daily housekeeping or at least a way to request fresh towels.

the location was FINE. it was easy to get around.
I did not love the room. it was QUITE small and felt very basic. there was no tv, which i really missed. also, i found the automatic check-in to be confusing. I wanted someone at reception to help.

The location was excellent as i easily accessed a big supermarket just across from the building. there are also cafes and restaurants close to the premises. i found the communal kitchen quite useful. It included refrigerators and microwaves. i appreciated the luggage storage facility offered.
