the location was acceptable, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options.
The room i booked was not as described. It was significantly smaller than the advertised 27 square meters and lacked the promised city view. it was also not wheelchair-accessible, despite being listed as such. There was a step leading into the bathroom. the room i was moved to faced an interior courtyard, it was dark and depressing. housekeeping was substandard. Visible dirt remained on the floor throughout my stay, and i found a cleaning rag in my bed.

Excellent Hotel in Central Location

The staff provided solutions to any necessities. I enjoyed the breakfast (it had large spaces). My room was excellent with stylish furniture. It was also equipped with a private sauna.
The hotel cleaning policy states that during a longer stay a "lighter cleaning" is provided in order to save the environment, but my room was never cleaned.

Acceptable Location, but Issues Found

The hotel location was central, within walking distance of many attractions.
The room was quite dusty, and there were greasy fingerprints on the chair. The shower door also had prints on it, so the cleanliness was subpar. The hotel offered a room upgrade for my next visit, but I already paid for an upgrade, so I was not sure what more to expect.

I found an iron in the room, VERY helpful for my clothes. The bed was exceedingly comfortable. I appreciated the eye-pleasing design of the room. It felt modern and functional.
The breakfast buffet area was sometimes crowded. Seating could be challenging during peak hours.
