Lovely Grand Central Stay!

Breakfast was an absolute highlight with fresh local items. Staff allowed early access to the breakfast room due to my early ferry, that was awesome. The hotel's prime location made exploring easy as shops and restaurants were close. The building is wonderfully renovated, historic details are visible.
The sauna lacked terry slippers and enough sauna towels.

The rooms boast comfortable beds and large spaces that accommodated all my luggage. The room had two sets of doors which gave an additional sense of privacy and quiet. This historical design.

The building is gorgeous, art nouveau at its finest. the location is unbeatable, right by the train station. breakfast had a huge variety. I really enjoyed the chia pudding and fresh breads.
accessing the hotel with a heavy suitcase via the ramp led to a confusing route through the conferencing area.

the staff were really nice at both the reception and restaurant areas. the gym was well-equipped and suitable for maintaining a workout routine. luggage storage was available for the entire day after check-out, a great bonus.

the art nouveau architecture is fine. the extensive breakfast buffet had many options. the central location made it simple to walk and explore the city. the staff were efficient and friendly.
i found that rooms face the train tracks. noise levels are high due to the lack of soundproofing. the hotel could improve sound insulation in those specific rooms.

i found staff very friendly. they suggested i take breakfast to go at 5.00 am since my flight was early and breakfast was part of the package. i thought this suggestion was awesome. little details do mean a lot.
i think reception is not able to supply tram or train tickets.
