limited fruit unattentive staff

The breakfast wasn't what i expected, it lacked variety. The croissants had the same fillings every day, and the fruit selection seemed limited. i also found the staff during breakfast to be less than attentive. Getting a cup of coffee took a very long time. sometimes, i had finished my meal before they even brought it. it was frustrating and didn't feel like a 5-star experience at all! the leaky windows let in a lot of noise.

The hotel was in a quiet area, so i slept well every night. i also really enjoyed the wine and cheese they served each afternoon. It was a very nice touch.

The food selection could be better. The croissants had the same filling every day. also, the windows in my room were leaky, and i could hear everything outside.

a relatively quiet stay

spa facilities robust air conditioning short time limited channels

the staff swiftly managed my luggage upon my early arrival. they provided drinks and access to the spa facilities. it allowed me to freshen up before exploring the area. the air conditioning worked perfectly in my suite.

i found the advertised wine and cheese hour was only half an hour. it began at 4:30pm. the tv had only a few channels, and mainly news channels were available.
