adequate accommodation
convenient location diverse breakfast excellent shower outdated room difficult air conditioning tram noise
the location was convenient. it was easy to access public transport.. i liked being within walking distance of many attractions. the breakfast was diverse enough. it offered enough options to start the day well. the room was very clean. the shower was excellent.
i found the room to be somewhat outdated. this gave it a less fresh feel. the air conditioning was difficult to regulate. it seemed to switch between freezing and warm. i experienced some noise from the trams outside.

broken elevator requested items
the staff was helpful. i found the breakfast to be fine.
the elevator broke and i was on the fifth floor. i had to use the stairs for four days. i also didn't like having to request everything, such as the safe key and ac remote, it should have already been in the room.

The breakfast had many choices and good quality. team lines were really close. This made getting around easy. beds were comfortable in the quadruple room.
There was no air conditioner in the room. only a fan was available. the towels and bath mats were not changed regularly. also , the safe box was not functional . I could not lock it.

great location tasty options helpful staff quiet room
Location is fantastic. I walked everywhere without issue. Breakfast includes various options that are quite tasty. Check-in staff are helpful, especially with storing luggage after checkout. The room provide a very quiet retreat after a long day.
Hallways is showing a bit of wear and tear, and could use updates.

The front desk offered quick assistance when I needed directions, and they always had someone available during peak hours, so check-in and out was swift and easy.

Breakfast included fresh bread, various cheese, and sliced meats, it provided a decent start to my day with hours from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in a spacious dining area.

The lobby area had a comfortable seating area with several couches and tables. I noticed the hotel offers free city maps and tourist information brochures near the reception.

adequate stay, but some issues noted
bad sound isolation squeaky floorboards
the staff was nice! everyone was polite.
the beds were terrible and caused back pain. also, the sound isolation was very bad from other rooms and hallways! the floorboards squeaked loudly whenever anyone walked.
