clean room professional service plentiful breakfast
The hotel was VERY clean. My room was checked and cleaned every day. The restaurant service was very professional too! The breakfast selection had everything I could expect. Finding available tables was never an issue.
The minibar prices WERE high.

The room offered a comfortable city view and featured a high ceiling. I had a tv and a writing desk. The bathroom included towels, glasses, and basic amenities.

The hotel IS near public transportation stops. It's near the city center, within a reasonable walking distance. It is a short walk to the main tourist area, about 10 minutes or so.

excellent location and service
great location spacious room amazing shower super clean room
The location made attending my conference very convenient. i could walk to the venue each day. The room was spacious. the shower was amazing. housekeeping was really good. My room was super clean daily.
The staff was not consistently friendly. Some interactions felt impersonal. this contrasts with other hotels where i have felt a warmer welcome.

the room was spacious and very clean. the bathroom was also in excellent condition. the shower was amazing and i appreciated having ample space to relax after a long day.

awful dinner hard dessert
the staff were attentive. clean and spacious rooms existed. the place was close to tram and bus routes.
the half board dinner was awful. i did not realise that dinner is a set menu, the choices are awful and its the same menu every day. i went away hungry and dont know what i am going to eat for the rest of my stay. desserts included a rock hard cheesecake and a brownie that seemed a week old with hardly any chocolate.

the breakfast had a variety of choices it was acceptable
the dinner was awful we booked half board but the choices were bad and the same every day i came away hungry and don't know what i am going to eat for the rest of my stay
