The location was very central without being too busy. The balcony view was fine, and the rooftop terrace and pool impressed me. Spa facilities were excellent and much appreciated. I used them.
Our room seemed loud, so I didn't sleep well. The rules felt silly like the terrace opening late. Orders at the rooftop took a long time, that was annoying.

the location offers easy access to many attractions. all the front desk staff were friendly and helpful! i especially liked the attention to detail from the signage to the subtle cues in the room.
the spa is downstairs, and it felt quite small. only a few people can use it at once, with a 30-minute limit.
