central location fine balcony view excellent spa facilities loud room silly rule slow order
The location was very central without being too busy. The balcony view was fine, and the rooftop terrace and pool impressed me. Spa facilities were excellent and much appreciated. I used them.
Our room seemed loud, so I didn't sleep well. The rules felt silly like the terrace opening late. Orders at the rooftop took a long time, that was annoying.

The staff were kind, and their attentiveness. i loved the complimentary wine hour each evening. It added a special touch. the hotel's location helped me explore so many places without trouble.
I noticed my room lacked enough space for clothes. A smaller closet existed, it was half-filled with shelves and a safe.

great location friendly staff amazing perks subtle signage
the location offers easy access to many attractions. all the front desk staff were friendly and helpful! i especially liked the attention to detail from the signage to the subtle cues in the room.
the spa is downstairs, and it felt quite small. only a few people can use it at once, with a 30-minute limit.

The staff was hospitable, always ready to assist. The hotel had beautiful aesthetics and felt clean. I enjoyed the rooftop view. It provided fine panoramas. The location was ideal near the Gothic Quarter, it made exploring convenient.
My room had limited space for clothes, the closet was small with the safe occupying a significant portion.

the location was really great. everything was easily accessible. i liked that the hotel provided a bottle of wine. i found the free washer and dryer very helpful for keeping my clothes fresh during my travels.
