The hotel's location allowed easy access to many attractions. I walked to most places. Transport options were easily accessible for locations further away. Chaima offered WONDERFUL service and was friendly.

The location is excellent for walking to main attractions. The reception upon arrival was amazing. The staff were friendly and cute throughout my stay. Our family room for four had two bunks, bigger than expected. a balcony connected to the pool area.
I found that one of the wardrobes didn't close fully. The light inside stayed on all night. This could be an issue if you like a fully dark room.

Breakfast had plenty of choice and options. You can also request other things made in the kitchen. The breakfast setup provided a satisfying start to the day with varied options available.

peeling paintmissing cover
the room felt a bit small it was a small double room after all. i noticed some wear and tear the paint was peeling in places. the soundproofing wasn't great i could hear street noise. the tv remote was missing a battery cover it was a minor thing but annoying.
