helpful staff iced water
The breakfast had various options available. the staff provided helpful restaurant recommendations. They were very accommodating. refreshing cava was available upon arrival! iced water was also offered daily at reception.
The hotel has thin walls. I could hear surrounding guests.

convenient location fresh options
I found the hotel's location very convenient because it allowed me to walk to many popular places. the staff proved friendly and helpful at all times. i got tips about places to visit. the breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed the fresh options available.
the rooms felt a little noisy at times, and sound easily travelled from the corridor. some noise from other guests woke me up in the morning. it was a bit inconvenient.

helpful staff friendly staff glass door light issue
The breakfast offered a reasonable spread. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. I took their recommendation for a restaurant and was pleased with the meal.
The bathroom door was a glass sliding door, so it was not private. You could see through the gap between the door and the wall. The door also let light through in the night, which could wake up another person.

Fantastic stay!
helpful staff excellent location nice touch
The staff was helpful and friendly. They offered chilled water upon arrival, a very nice touch. The location was excellent. I walked to many different places from the hotel. I also appreciated the iced water available each day at reception.
The pool is small and shaded in the afternoon, limiting time for a proper swim.

helpful staff convenient location quality breakfast
the helpful staff assisted me, that felt good. the location close to the metro was convenient. the breakfast was plentiful and had very good quality, i thought. also, the family suite was perfect, it was two connecting rooms.
the pool did not seem fresh. i could see people entered it without showering, what a shame. the water was also too warm. it was not clear where one should shower before going in the pool, so that felt awkward.
