central stay
central location nice restaurant supportive staff
the location is central and near many attractions. i found shops and restaurants nearby. i ran the city marathon and the staff helped me a lot.
i have mixed feelings about this hotel. the a/c is turned off in the winter months. the room gets hot and stuffy. you cannot sleep with the doors open, even with earplugs in.

the location was fantastic , with many attractions within walking distance. the breakfast buffet had a great selection and was very convenient. the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay.
my room faced a busy street , and the noise was quite noticeable , especially at night. the room felt a bit small , and storage space was limited. i also found the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room inconvenient.

the metro station was right outside, VERY convenient. many eateries were just around the corner. a few major landmarks are within a fifteen minute walk distance. IT was really great.
rooms IS much smaller than in the fotos. hot water is restricted to daytime. both at night AND in the early morning, the water is cold. it kinda sucked.

great stay in a central location
central location helpful staff free apples luggage storage
i really enjoyed the location it was very central i could walk to many places i wanted to see. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room and bathroom they were both super clean. the free apples in the lobby were a nice touch i had one every day. the breakfast buffet had a good selection with tasty options i especially liked the pastries. the hotel offered a luggage storage service which was very convenient for my late flight. the metro station right outside the hotel made it easy to get around the city quickly. the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent i didn't hear any street noise. the room included basic toiletries like soap and shampoo which was helpful. i found the bed comfortable and the pillows were supportive. the free wifi was reliable and fast. the air conditioning worked well keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. the hotel felt secure i noticed security cameras and staff presence. the proximity to shops and restaurants was a big plus. the reception staff spoke multiple languages i had no problems communicating. the early check-in was smooth and efficient i got to my room quickly.
the room was slightly smaller than i expected based on the photos but it was still manageable for one person

convenient location reassuring staff
the hotel's location near the metro stop proved convenient the breakfast buffet offered a range of options including pastries and fruit. the staff at the front desk were available 24/7 i found this reassuring. i appreciated the doors being locked after 10pm as a security measure.
i noted that the air conditioning system looked to be inactive
