I found the location convenient. it was close to several shops. the room had a good air conditioning system. It maintained a consistent temperature. the staff were helpful with directions.
Waiting times were long. i found the room service to be slow. There were delays in getting my order. the gym's equipment seemed dated. A treadmill was out of service.

the location was convenient and allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
I called to confirm rooftop availability, but upon arrival, we faced a two-hour wait despite assurances. when we finally got up there, it was nearly empty. the receptionist i spoke with later acted unprofessionally. She wouldn't spell the manager's name and was drinking cava at her desk

I appreciated the rooftop bar. it offers amazing views. the staff was helpful from check-in to the restaurant, especially artur who made delicious coffees. he ensured our needs were met! the location was also great. It is walking distance to attractions and shops.
i found that we didn't have consistent wi-fi access in our room, i only got two reception bars, therefore, i couldn't connect properly.
