The rooms was worn. The room was cold. I saw extra heating available. I was hesitant to leave it on when I left the room. Each time I returned the room was cold. A deposit was required for the key.

The hotel enjoys a central location near key attractions. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. I found the breakfast selection satisfactory, offering enough variety to start my day well.
The bathroom was rather small, making it a bit difficult to move around.

The breakfast was quite diverse! There were cereals, meats, eggs, croissants, bread, and cakes. What a selection. The location is superb. It is right next to Dam Square. I was able to find many restaurants and tram stops nearby. This made getting around very easy.
The room only had one electric plug, and it was far from the bed. That was inconvenient.

the location was great being so close to the royal palace.
my single room felt cramped. there was only one outlet far from the bed. also, the staff didn't adjust the room temperature when i asked twice, so i had to sleep with a coat on because the room stayed at 14 degrees.
