food option tea selection little lamp
The breakfast was great, with different food options available!!! Nice tea selections were also available. A cute little lamp was placed above each bed. The elevator fit 4 people, better than many elevators in Europe.
The room lacked sufficient closet space.

The location was Very nice. i found the reception super nice team with directions. i appreciate the air conditioning, it was a blessing. i enjoyed having breakfast included. So convenient!
my room was a bit small.

the staff at the front desk helped me with printing travel documents. they gave directions to local attractions, it was very helpful. i always saw someone available at the reception deskwith reassurance.

my room had effective air conditioning, a definite PLUS. i noticed complimentary wifi was available throughout the building. the hotel also has an elevator, , made it easy to move luggage to the room.

worn rooms cold room
The rooms looked worn. The room was cold. I saw extra heating available. I was hesitant to leave it on when I left the room. Each time I returned the room was cold. A deposit was required for the key.

central location efficient staff breakfast selection useful lift
The hotel enjoys a central location near key attractions. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. I found the breakfast selection satisfactory, offering enough variety to start my day well. The hotel has a lift, which proved useful after long days of sightseeing (my room was on the third floor).
The bathroom was rather small, making it a bit difficult to move around.

diverse breakfast superb location easy access
The breakfast was quite diverse! There were cereals, meats, eggs, croissants, bread, and cakes. What a selection. The location is superb. It is right next to Dam Square. I was able to find many restaurants and tram stops nearby. This made getting around very easy.
The room only had one electric plug, and it was far from the bed. That was inconvenient.

central location friendly staff convenient lift
I found the location convenient. Many attractions were within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful . I also appreciated the lift, as it made accessing upper floors easier with luggage.

mixed experience due to room issues
single outlet low temperature
the location was great being so close to the royal palace.
my single room felt cramped. there was only one outlet far from the bed. also, the staff didn't adjust the room temperature when i asked twice, so i had to sleep with a coat on because the room stayed at 14 degrees.
