the location was great. it was near cafes and had easy access to public transport. the staff was helpful carrying bags, and they did not even want a tip. i appreciated the friendly service from everyone i spoke to.
the room did not have a phone to contact reception. i had to use my mobile. there were no toothbrushes. also, the only drink was a small bottle of water that cost 3 euros.

The room included a nespresso machine and complimentary coffee pods. I found this convenient for early mornings. i was very pleased with the quietness. My room on the upper floor ensured minimal street noise. the bathroom featured underfloor heating, a pleasant surprise. the provided toiletries were high quality and generously sized. A nice touch.

This hotel provides tea and teabags upon request. It felt super helpful. my spacious room was clean. loads of hot water were available for showers, which i loved!
The bathroom light comes on automatically. It uses a sensor and i could not keep the light off at night.

I found the staff very friendly upon arrival. They offered a welcome drink. the location was excellent, being near many shops and restaurants. the room had air conditioning, really helpful. also, the bathroom seemed newly renovated with modern fixtures.
the room lighting was quite dim, especially near the desk, it made working a little difficult.

the hotel's proximity to the water flower market proved very convenient. there were many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and they remained open late. i noticed that the area felt relatively safe, even though there were intoxicated people around.

breakfast can be ordered, but the chef was to focus on one order at a time. this approach made the service quite slow and required advance planning. the hotel breakfast featured many choices, including special tea made with ginger, lemon, and honey.
