the hotel location is convenient. it is close to the central station. everything i needed was within easy walking distance. i also found the staff to be friendly.
The street noise was quite noticeable at night. It slightly impacted my sleep.

The location was ideal, steps from everything i wanted to see. i found the staff cute. They offered helpful directions. the breakfast included provided a solid start to each day.
The room felt dated. The furnishings showed significant wear. the absence of modern amenities, particularly in-room coffee, was disappointing. maintenance updates would greatly improve the guest experience.

I found the location quite convenient, right in the center and near major attractions. Shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. the staff were friendly, and the overall stay met my needs. breakfast was fine. It had everything i required and some fresh juice. A 24hr receptionist service added to the convenience.
The room cleaning was not consistent. Beds were freshly made daily, but i noticed a dust layer on some surfaces.

The hotel is very close to the central train station, only a short walk away. Major tourist spots are easily accessible from this location. Ms. Beatriz and Ms.Tay at the reception were particularly supportive with travel guidance.
The pillows were too soft. They did not provide good support for my head. i found the hairdryer full of dust.

Breakfast was okay, with a decent selection of items, though i found it repetitive. The staff in the breakfast area were very helpful and attentive to guests needs. No food was allowed in rooms, a strict policy.

The location is central to everything (this made exploring the city very easy). The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast included varied and tasty food plus cold and hot drinks. It made entry and exit easy.
The room was a bit small (i think all rooms have different sizes).
