royal palace helpful staff daily cleaning great service
The location is indeed central near the royal palace. i liked several food options being nearby. the staff was very helpful . They quickly helped with directions. the rooms are cleaned every day, which i found to be a great addition to the service.
the shower gel bottles were not replaced daily, a very small thing.

I appreciated the historical building. The room decor added to the experience! The bed and pillows were comfy. The quiet AC was a plus.

The location is just fabulous! I appreciated the great size of the room. The included TV had quite a few English channels. The bed was very big, a real plus.

The staff proved helpful and accommodating. The location was great with easy access to many sites. The hotel restaurant provided convenient dining options. I found the building's historic aspects appealing.
The room's air conditioning unit was quite noisy. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. The provided hairdryer did not work efficiently. I ended up buying a better one.
