central station helpful recommendations convenient restaurant
The hotel is near the central train station. It made transportation simple. The staff at the front desk gave many helpful recommendations. The restaurant on site was also convenient.
The wardrobe in my room made it hard to open drawers. I did not like that.

the breakfast was included, but the food quality disappointed me. the buffet seemed basic and unappetizing. i had bacon but it was cold every time and the scrambled eggs were lukewarm. the staff was also quite inattentive.

The location is superb. I walked to many attractions easily. the room was clean and met all my needs. the personnel, especially joanna and val, offered really good assistance. they provided helpful directions around the city and surrounding areas.
the breakfast buffet needed improvement as the food quality was not consistently high.

small room street noise
the location was central and allowed easy access to many attractions.
the room i had was smaller than expected it felt cramped and not worth the price i paid the bathroom layout was awkward the shower had a small glass screen and the floor got wet every time i used it also there was noise from the street at night so i couldn't sleep well

mixed experience, issues with room and service
stained curtains poor value
The location was central and convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions.
I was frustrated because the room wasn't properly cleaned. There were stains on the curtains. also, despite reporting it to the hotel staff, no action was taken. the price didn't match the quality. I expected better for the money i paid.
