cute staff great location canal view cozy room
i found the staff very cute. they greeted me warmly upon my arrival. the hotel location allowed me to explore nearby shops with ease. my canal view room was cozy.
The stairs were a bit steep. I felt a little inconvenience.

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. they offered bespoke ginger tea during check-in. my room featured beautiful decor overlooking the well-kept garden. It had comfortable garden furniture and sheltered seating. i enjoyed the breakfast overlooking the garden. Everything tasted fresh.
The stairs are steep. This could be challenging with mobility issues. the elevator doesn't reach all floors. there is no air conditioning.

superb boutique experience!

welcome drink excellent room comfortable bed pillow spray
I really liked the welcome drink upon arrival. the room was excellent. i especially enjoyed the pillow spray i got during the turndown service. It added a nice touch. i found the bed to be comfortable (best sleep ever!).
The wooden key to my room was a bit temperamental. It took a few tries sometimes to open the door.
