the staff was super friendly, and the location was central. i especially enjoyed being so close to the train station. drink coupons were a nice touch for skipping maid service each day, a pleasant surprise!!!
The view from my room wasn't good. It overlooked a less appealing area. this wasn't a major concern, but it's something to consider.

there were free sweets and water readily available in the reception areas. the gym featured modern equipment. i found the sauna and steam room clean and well kept, perfect for relaxation.

My room was a good size and was equipped very well. beds felt lovely and comfortable, giving me a restful sleep. the bathrooms were clean and well kept. I could appreciate that.

the location was great. the room was clean and the size was good. i appreciated the friendly staff, they were always happy to assist.
the room was a bit small. the bed was not so comfortable. i found that the heating was not working in that room. they did find a solution very quickly.
