varied items simple location daily water
the breakfast offered a good selection of items. the location made getting around simple. the room included a bottle of water daily (a small touch, but welcome!).
the air conditioning regulation in the room was not very precise.

unemptied trash can lack of resolution
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to various points of interest.
I encountered a concerning lack of attention to detail. The bathroom trash can had not been emptied. despite informing a staff member in the hallway, nothing was done to address it. the issue should have been resolved regardless of opting out of housekeeping services.

Nice stay at flower hotel

The hotel location was excellent. It was very central to the heart of the city. The hotel had bicycles for rent. That was a great way to tour the city. They provided a bottle of sparkling water in the room. They had a coffee maker and tea, and it was appreciated.
The room was smaller than expected.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly. I felt very welcome . When I had questions, staffs were kind. I feel so thankful for their kindness and for making it special and nice.
