mixed feelings about the stay
amazing staffdirty poolfeather pillows
all staff were amazing and very accommodating of all our requests, it was helpful.
the room i got wasnt very clean when i arrived. the pillows are feather, and a lot of people will be allergic too.

the hotel's location is fantastic, directly opposite the main train station. this makes arrival and departure super easy. the staff is helpful, always available to assist with any questions. the room i had was huge, exceeding my expectations

the staff provided excellent customer service, offering directions and promptly addressing our room status. we also enjoyed a meal at the portuguese restaurant located within the hotel, a good experience. i appreciated the hotel's central location , it made getting around so easy.
the parking arrangement was not ideal , as i had to communicate changes in pick-up time well in advance.

the pool and gym area is quite large and very nice to use. the bike rental facility is available at a good price, too. this made exploring the area very convenient.
