i stayed in a roomy canal view room it featured complimentary milk and water the fridge was convenient. the hotel includes an elevator a feature i found helpful with luggage. breakfast service included a great hamburger option for dinner.
the coffee bags provided were dreadful i would have preferred a coffee machine.

charmed by the stay
amazing location friendly staff great breakfast helpful service
the location were amazing and i found special touches throughout the hotel for the day. the staff were very friendly when i arrived and i appreciated a great breakfast each morning. i really enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee with sufficient milk in the fridge. the coffee was super good and i enjoyed the helpful service.

cozy room free water convenient location small room drilling noises closed courtyard
the cozy room suited my needs perfectly. i found free water, milk, and juice in the fridge, so that was a nice touch. the location was quite convenient for reaching trams and other parts of the city.
the room felt quite small for the price. during breakfast, i heard some loud drilling noises from nearby, which disrupted the meal. the outdoor courtyard remained closed, disappointing.
