The staff were helpful and kind. Their warmth was appreciated! They stored our bags since we arrived early, a HUGE convenience. The room I booked, the Beautiful Double Room, gave a lovely view! The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.
The room felt basic and somewhat uninviting, more akin to a hostel. Decor additions for my birthday felt uninspired and not worth the price I paid.

I found the location convenient, being right in the heart of everything! The staff were indeed friendly and always ready to assist. The room was a good size, which i appreciated. I also liked that they had beer available in the vending machine. It was a nice touch after a long day.
The floor was just cold tiles, which could be better with some mats.

The hotel enjoys a central location. I found it very easy to reach key attractions. The staff members were very friendly and helpful . My room had air conditioning, which I appreciated, and it worked really well.
The room decor felt a bit dated. I think a refresh would greatly improve the overall atmosphere.
