central location helpful staff
the location was indeed very central. it made getting around so easy, the train station being close by was very useful. the staff stored my luggage which allowed me to explore freely before check-in.

Good Stay in the Heart of Everything!

The staff were helpful and kind. Their warmth was appreciated! They stored our bags since we arrived early, a HUGE convenience. The room I booked, the Beautiful Double Room, gave a lovely view! The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.
The room felt basic and somewhat uninviting, more akin to a hostel. Decor additions for my birthday felt uninspired and not worth the price I paid.

I found the location convenient, being right in the heart of everything! The staff were indeed friendly and always ready to assist. The room was a good size, which i appreciated. I also liked that they had beer available in the vending machine. It was a nice touch after a long day.
The floor was just cold tiles, which could be better with some mats.

Superb Central Location and Friendly Staff

The hotel enjoys a central location. I found it very easy to reach key attractions. The staff members were very friendly and helpful . My room had air conditioning, which I appreciated, and it worked really well. The hotel also has an elevator for easy access to the upper floors.
The room decor felt a bit dated. I think a refresh would greatly improve the overall atmosphere.

There are lots of food shops right by the building. I found a great supermarket only steps away. Having so many dining options close really enhanced the convenience of my stay, since I always found what I needed

I received excellent service from the staff. They were always ready to help with a smile. One employee gave me a useful sheet with the best places to visit, I found it very helpful in planning my days. The hotel also offered convenient baggage storage after checkout.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring. I was a one minute walk from the main station. All the main tourist attractions are just a short walk away. I didn't waste any time in transit. I felt safe walking around the area.
