the location proved convenient with metro and tram stations nearby and i walked to the city center in just about ten minutes (which was quite convenient). the room, specifically the loft xl, had everything i needed for my extended stay including a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
i encountered a slight inconvenience as the room cleaning occurred every three days. this frequency felt insufficient given the room rate. i would have preferred more regular service.

The pantry on every floor was convenient. I got extra supplies easily. The washer and dryer in the basement were useful. I purchased tokens and washed clothes. The staff spoke English, and they were very attentive. The sixth floor was beautiful!
The hotel refused to honor this offer. I found this disappointing. The hotel cleans the room every three days. I think this is ridiculous for the price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. The room had everything I needed for my stay. I found the layout of the hotel and its facilities to be convenient. The location allowed easy access to the city center.
My room did not include a phone or a safe. I also did not have a kettle for making tea. These reminded me of standard amenities for this type of hotel.
