i found the staff very friendly. the location was ideal for seeing the sights i wanted to see. free coffee was a welcome touch, it tasted really good. my room was clean and tidy. it was excellent.
the room was smaller. i think it would work best for solo traveler.

the hotel situates in a beautiful neighborhood. a tram line is nearby, just a couple 100m to the left when you exit. it makes access easy for travel around the area and into the center.

coffee is provided downstairs . this is a lovely perk and save money too. vending machines provide cheaper snacks when comparing with nearby stores so this is a plus.

the hotel does allow for luggage storage after you checkout. this service means you can explore without any bags. this made my last day more enjoyable.

i liked the location, it was near restaurants and shops! i also appreciated the free tea and coffee in the dining area, the lobby had tea and coffee facilities. the staff was polite and helpful. the canal view was quite gorgeous, and everything was super close.
the room was small. there was also no space to open the washroom door properly. there was no air conditioning, only a single fan.

the staff were very helpful . i was able to leave my luggage after checkout. the location is close to attractions and easy to reach by metro.
the room was small with an awkward layout. the hairdryer was old and not powerful enough. the sheets were too small for the bed and came off easily.

The location was superb. I found myself steps from a tram stop. The availability of complimentary hot drinks and chilled water in reception was a really nice touch. Staff members were friendly and always ready to help.
The room lacked a bit of soundproofing, and noise from the hallway was noticeable.

The hotel is located next to the beautiful canal and close to transportation. This is convenient. Complimentary hot beverages are available at all hours, ensuring I had refreshments whenever I wanted. I found this to be very valuable.
