central location benefits.
central hotel convenient location
the hotel's location allowed easy access to many attractions. i appreciated the proximity to public transportation and the main square. it was a very convenient situation. the provided coffee machine was also beneficial.
The room was a bit cold. Although there was a second heater, the room warmed up slowly. the minibar was empty with no water. it reminded me of a labyrinth to reach the third-floor room involving a lift, walking up, and down corridors.

location proved central. i easily reached main shopping areas. i enjoyed the coffee machine and the high quality coffee it makes. the staff was helpful.
the lift felt old. it was small.

convenient central location
central location really good breakfast 24-hour coffee helpful staff
This location near dam square provided easy access to shops and dining. I loved it! the breakfast included smoked salmon. I found this to be a fantastic offering. the staff provided tea, coffee, and water refills at all hours. I was thankful for that touch. the staff were very helpful!
The carpet in the corridors was not vacuumed properly. It looked a bit sloppy. dust was visible even after housekeeping.

The family room offered ample space. This was certainly beneficial. bedding and the bathroom were quite clean. This. the air conditioning worked well. I appreciated that, as well.

Free tea and coffee were available. I enjoyed this touch. there is a tram stop adjacent. This provided easy access. the hotel had a functional elevator. I think not all rooms are accessible, though.

The location allowed easy walking to main sightseeing areas. This saved time and money. it is a short walk from the main busy areas. It's a more family-friendly option. nearby stores added convenience. I liked having that.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
cramped room sound isolation
The room felt quite cramped. Definitely smaller than I expected. Noise was also a problem. I could hear conversations and other sounds from adjacent rooms, and it disrupted my sleep. I found the lack of soundproofing particularly ANNOYING.
