the location was quite convenient. it was approximately 5 minutes to the museum square. it took around 15 minutes walking to dam square. the staff were helpful and kind.
The bed was not the best. It wasn't anything special. i noticed a dirty mark on the wall. the bathroom seemed dated. i observed broken tiles and damage to the bath.

The location proved ideal with easy access to public transport and many attractions within walking distance. I had a modern, spacious, and clean room. The breakfast was great. It included a large variety of vegetables, eggs, fruits, bread, and cheeses. I appreciated the fresh croissants and donuts.

the location was quite convenient for accessing the museum quarter. tram links were easily accessible from the hotel. instead of daily room service , i received drink vouchers for the bar, which i found to be eco-friendly.
one morning , i discovered the room was left without toilet paper after housekeeping. the walk-in shower lacked a rubber mat. i also noted the absence of a shaving socket for an electric razor in the bathroom.

Wonderful stay in the heart of everything
quiet roomearly check-inconvenient system
The staff accommodated my request for a quiet room. I checked in a little early, a plus after my long flight. I also used a convenient system, skipping room cleaning earned me coupons for drinks at the bar (the selection was pretty good).
The gym was closed because of a holiday. I wish this had been communicated beforehand.
